[Need Help] Bitlocker problem (Brickin' it)
I represent a large care providing company in the UK called Lifeways Community Care. We are presently switching over to Windows Lumia 535 phones from Blackberry phones. We intend to purchase these phones in large numbers over the next year or two. We have, however, hit a stumbling block; 6 out of our first 150 (approximately) have got stuck on the Bitlocker page after setting up a user and rebooting the phone.
We have attempted to resolve this issue by doing a hard reset following this method:
1. Then press the Power Button once.
2. Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down button.
3. Release held key when you see the exclamation point.
4. Press the following sequence of buttons: Volume Up - > Volume Down-> Power - > Volume
This first method did not work as the phone did not go through the wipe process it just jumped back to the Bitlocker page. We therefore downloaded the Windows Phone Recovery Tool to reset phones. The Windows Phone Recovery Tool worked to reset the phones but after resetting and then setting up the phone for a user and then rebooting the phone was, once again, stuck on the Bitlocker page.
I then spent a long time on the phone attempting to resolve the issue by ringing the help desk and then finally I attempted to find help by using the click-through troubleshooter here:

However the particular problem that we have had was not listed. I therefore ended up logging the issue as phone not starting up and had two of the phones sent back to Nokia Care (UK Repair Centre). We received one of the of the phones back from Nokia Care last week but, once again, after setting up a user and rebooting the phone we are greeted with the Bitlocker page.
