Can I get some help with a Bluetooth problem on my Lumia 640?

Lumia 640: bluetooth problem with music

Hi,

I have bought a Lumia 640, but i have a problem with bluetooth and music streaming.

When I connect it to the bluetooth of my car, voice and phone are ok, but there is some problem with music.

For example:

- after some second of play, when the phone go to standby I hear a sound like a "crack" and the reproduction become terrible for some second, after that it continue very well.
I see that it happen every 50-40 second and after that the reproduction is ok

I have tried the same configuration with iPhone 5 all fine, with a Moto G all fine, the problem is only between Lumia 640 and car

Some idea or suggestion? I tried to pair again lumia and car... but without result.

It's a bug or a defective model?

What app are you using to play the music?

I'm using "Music" by Microsoft.

I have a 640 and a 640xl and both are having issues with music and voice. A phone reboot will clear the issue temporary but the issue always reappears. Did not have the problem with 3 different Lumia 925s or a Lumia 521. Phones are connecting to a Honda Handsfreelink system.
