Can I get some help with a downloading problem?

downloading problem

my lumia 1320 has developed a strange problem. first candy crush was not being downloaded. after that many other apps joined the list. now i installed windows insider but the update goes upto 98% and then shows some problem.
software reinstalling has the same seen. after complete download, it restarts again or failed

Are you installing to an SD card? If so, it might be faulty.
