Can I get some help with a hard reset?

a question about hard reset

hi . i asked this some hours ago but didnt get a true answer ..
if i hard reset my win 8.1 phone , what would happen to the apps on sd card and their information ??
i mean can i have them again (the inf in apps) after hard reset ??

If you do the reset from the OS itself, you should be given the option to erase the card or not. If you don't erase it, the apps data should still be there (I think). I've never done what your trying to do as I've always just reinstalled all my apps and I keep them installed on the phone itself. I only use my card for pics and music.

Apps will work .. Once u restore... But if the apps are linked between memory card n phone... Ie data is share between phone and memory .. Then it won't catch up... If the whole app n data is in memory card.. Then After reset it will appear as it was before reset..
