Problem with Windows Phone App

Whenever I try to sync my music to my lumia 640 LTE there's always a"an unexpected error occurred" message whether I choose to sync with iTunes or Windows Media Player. I have the latest versions of both programs. I have no idea what's wrong. Anyone know how to get my music to sync?
