Recovery Tool Problem

I have trouble with Windows recovery tool. Downgrade from win10 to 8.1. I have downloaded the program, and firmware. When I click next to install it, windows says "Thor 2 has stopped working". Any solution?

Are you sure you've got the original program and not a fake one?

Yes, I have downloaded him from official's site. I have solved the problem. In cmd -> sfc / scannow helped.
