Can I get some help with a Windows 10 problem?

i installed the windows 10 prewiew on my lumia 720 and now i got a startscreen looking like a lightbulb and i got to small icons in the top of the screen. i cant do anything on the phone its locked on this starscreen is there anyway to install the prewiew by using the computer cause it doesent react on anything i do.
