Can I get some help with my Nokia 635?

need help with nokia 635

i have a nokia 635 and after a call it is always saying resuming and will not do anything unless i reboot the whole phone? why is it doing this??? i shouldn't have to turn my phone off after every call

What version of WP OS are you on? Are you running the Win10 Preview?

Maybe you have too many programs open already. Press the back arrow at he bottom of your screen and x out some of the unneeded programs running in the background
