Can I get some help with the Windows 10 upgrade?

I need help n question on windows 10 upgrade

I tho this was a live chat help session... I need help..plzz I have a ready upgrade... it asking to upgrade now or download and upgrade later... I in a binde.. I not sure if my system is has virus.. I have done virus scans and malware checks they were some after re scan all say I don't have no more!! but my chrome browser don't download it says possible virus... I have scan all said it fine.. I have un install chrome 3x re install it.. still won't download anything.. but my fire fox and reg explorer works on downloads so I confused.. never had an issue with chrome b4.. till I had a trojan and malware.. so I hate to download my windows 10 and have to wipe my computer clean later if it acts up.. so I not sure what to do ?? I don't want to lose out the free version.. I don't have time to re format my computer at the moment. I love using my chrome....so I trying to get help on what step to do to save my window 10 trial b4 it run out,, it keep pop up asking to download...any help is appreciated.. the other question is when I download it will I lose my pics that I have saved on my lap top??? if they possibility what program can I use to back them up as temp till I get windows 10 on... Thanks u 4 u time and help... I hope I don't get anyone confused on my question..trying to make sure I don't lose out on windows 10.

That's good. That your system doesn't have a virus any longer.

I think all Google-products should be considered malicious, so the system is probably not lieing to you.

I would say you have done what you can and you should now download and install Windows 10.

You should not, but you may aswell backup them to One Drive.
