Can I get some help with Windows 10 build 10162?

Need help with windows 10 build 10162

guys can somewhne plz help me so today my windows 10 with build 10162 frooze and was not responding so i had to force close it ,after starting it Microsoft Edge icon is gone from task bar and neither any thing on taskbab is working neither Cortana is working neither i can open otifications,wifi,volume options and neither i can press windows ican whats wrong with it? should i update it to build 10166? will that fix it?

Similar problem. The Windows start button on the screen AND on the laptop does nothing. I can't get tot the update. Hope your problem got resolved... I'm working on mine again this morning...
