Can I get some suggestions for buying a Windows 10?

Windows Central Question

Need suggestions for buying Windows 10

I want to buy Pro version of Windows 10 for my 64-bit configuration. But I noticed that Windows 8 is available at lesser price. So I have two choices.

1. Buy Windows 10 Pro
2. Buy Windows 8/8.1 Pro OEM and then upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro

Is there any difference in approaches?
