can I go back to windows 8.1 from 10

I down loaded windows 10, I can`t find my email. Is it possible to restore bac to windows 8.1, I have the discs that came new with it ?

Is the email problem the only reason you want to go back? If so, this should be solvable.

Can your further explain what you lost? What is the email extension you use (ie, hotmail.com, outlook.com)? You can't find the program that checks your email? Or you had emails and can't find them in the new email program?
