Can I install Windows 10 build 10130?

can i install windows 10 build 10130??

I have windows 10 built 10074,but it has so many problems, i got fed up with that.
so can i install new build windows 10.if yes

data in the laptop will erase or not...?
is windows 10 built 10130 working perfectly or not??

Your data won't be erased as long as you perform an upgrade. On 10130 stability, it's not perfect but it has improved since 10074.
