If you are using a wp8 mobile...then update it with the release preview....you can then change tones of messages and emails too.

its a preview of the next software update but is for developers so bugs and things may cause your phone to crash as its not a consumer update that's why you have already been given the warning of do so at your own risk. Me im happy to wait as ive had the same message tone now since day one of wp7 "dun du dun"
