Unless you know someone in a country where preorders are live, I doubt it. You would need a shipping address within that particular country which also needs to match your billing address.

Just stay away from any dubious website, email and service that promises you preorders with guaranteed delivery to you. Most likely, those are scams.

On a side note: You're actually in a lucky position! You can sit back and wait while people in other countries are facing this preorder dilemma for themselves. They may get the item sooner than you but they're also the ones that will have to deal with problems and bugs that come along with every new product launch.
