Can I read my text messages on my computer?

I have a Lumia 630 and would like to be able to read my sent and received text messages from a particular number on my computer.

Can this be done and how do I go about doing it please ?

Unfortunately this cannot be done at present, however it may be an upcoming windows 10 feature.

There is no ability to do this with WP currently.
