Can I save this display??

This is my Lumia 640 and it has been water diving with me.
After the phone has been completely dried up, this is how the display looks. Phone and touchscreen works just fine, although display is not looking so well.
Is there any way to recover the display or do I have to change it for a new one?

It's unlikely that your display will ever function normally after water intrusion.

best to replace it at a service centre or with a phone repair shop
