can i set my phone to answer calls automatically

Is there any way to get my phone to answer calls after say three rings when connected to a handsfree device. Had this feature on my android phone and it was really usefull when driving around during work

Never needed it myself. Knowing I would need to be able to answer calls "hands-free", I made sure I bought a bluetooth headset that I could control with speech, so that I could tell it to "answer" or "ignore" an incoming call.

I would hate every call to be answered automatically, because some I want to send to voice-mail.

I could see where it would come in handy for some people. I invested in a Plantronics Voyager Legend which does the job for me quite nicely, though.
