Can I skip nokia firmware update?

Alroght so I was wondering if there was someway to skip nokia firmware update.I'm currently with cyan and wp 8.1.1.Why I ask this is cause of the awful photo my lumia takes,they are really terrible,that yellow tint is a pain for me and yeah I'd rather have a good camera that all nokia firmware update.
I used the love my camera but since amber I don't pic any picture,my brother iphone 4s takes better pictures,I can't really stand this.
So,is it possible to skip nokia update and keeping just the wp ones?

Try downgrading back to WP8.0 and install preview for developers. That should give you WP8.1 DP without Cyan.

You'll still get the firmware once it goes available.

That's a shame,basically for getting normal photos I'd have to stay with wp8 first release right?

Please post some yor photo samples. I also have L920 with 8.1 update 1 and Cyan firmware and photos are very good.
