can I transfer all data from my Lumia 520 to my new Lumia 630 by using 520 SIM card or by laptop?

I only have the SIM & SD cards from my Lumia 520.

I'm assuming your 520 runs WP8.1. If so, you can backup your text messages and app data (for apps that support this feature, at least), and settings via settings>backup. You can also backup your photos this way.
Your contacts should be synced with your Microsoft account or whatever you use to backup your contacts with. Otherwise, you can always use import from SIM in the People Hub.

You can use your laptop to backup your music, photos and other things depending on what tool you use.

Just remember to sign in to your Microsoft Account once you set up your 630.
