Probably neither, batteries in electronics are pretty smart now. It won't supercharge nor will it likely break. Best case it will intelligently disable one and charge normally using one or the other, worst case it'll freak out and switch constantly between the two and not charge at all. You can try it, maybe it will give you an error message saying to pick one

I have my phone on the wireless charger and plugged into my computer. The only thing that happened is my Windows 8 computer launched the app for the phone. Which was to be expected.
