Can I "Undo" Preview for Developers before it installs?

Long story short I enabled that on my wife's phone and it downloaded the update. In the middle of the download I realized I made a mistake and powered off (came here and read about freezing - I should have done that BEFORE accepting it but the MSFT Band app enticed me to enable new features by enabling Dev Preview). Before powering off I unchecked automatically install, but nevertheless once the phone rebooted it essentially asked me to install it now or it would force the install on March 1st (or a date close to that).

So...anything I can do to avert that install? My wife HATES when I do updates because stuff (in her opinion) always works worse after them, and in this case I'm afraid she's right. If not I guess I simply need to roll back from Preview for Dev (or alternatively should I simply hold out until Denim hits it).
