Can I use debit card for windows dev payout account?

I have developer account and I want to add payout account info. I don't have a bank account but I have active debit card. Can I use this card for payout.

It depends on what kind of debit card you have. For example, Maestro isn't supported but Visa Debit is. But how come you have a debit card without a bank account?

It will accept debit cards backed by major banks. You can get them cheaply or free, and even do a prepaid "credit card" from Visa.

I am eligible for payout base on my windows developer financial summary. The only thing i worried about is.... I used debit card for payout I don't know if debit card can accept money I earn from my Windows store apps. all my friend can deposit money into my debit card account using my debit card account number... My debit card is BDO.
