Can i use my Microsoft Band 2 during ems training?

Can i use my Microsoft Band 2 during ems training, or is it possible that ems damage the band?

Only you know the answer to that when you come to it. The Band is pretty rugged for day to day use. Bashing it against things or submerging it are about the only things it isn't great at.
