Can I use the Messenger app on my windows 10 PC

I have installed the Messenger app for windows 10 on my pc but can't log into it. Get the message the arguments passed to fill in call variables are invalid. What does that mean and how can I log in.

try to reinstall the app and try again. It should be working though it may be buggy
