Can I use the Starbucks Powermat Wireless Charger with a Lumia 950 XL?

My local Starbucks has Powermat Wireless Charging stations.

I placed my Lumia 950 XL on top of the Powermat but the 950 XL did not respond.

Do I need to buy a special Qi charging cover for it?

I think you need PMA. AFAIK only the AT&T 950 has it.
