can I use this app to make custom theme colors?

I downloaded the app "touch develop" by Microsoft research in marketplace. It looks like there's alot of cool things you can do here like making apps and games, but I don't understand it.. Is it possible to use this to write theme colors too? And does anyone have any tips on even how to use this thing?

I don't think it could even do that if it wanted to. I think people mostly use it so see what they can do. There are some really cool things that people have done. So no, to answer your question.

And try out those tutorials. Just experiment.

So basically its just to see what things you can do with it..not make stuff you can use on your phone. Ok thanks. I was gonna try chevron but I don't have a clue about code.
