Can I use Windows Live Mail with Windows 10?

I've recently bought a new laptop with Windows 10. Unfortunately I just can't get on with the Mail app which I have found to have some annoying limitations. Therefore, would I be able to use Windows Live Mail instead or any other email client perhaps?

Yes you can use Windows live mail. (I use it on my windows 10 laptop. (laptop updated from 8.1 to 10)

Indeed it is part of Windows Essentials.
