Can no longer sync Windows Phone 8.1 on Mac

So i updated my Nokia Lumia 520 to WP 8.1 yesterday and today i went to sync some music onto it, and in the Windows Phone Mac app I'm just getting a message saying "This device was synced with another computer. If you want to sync your media files on this Mac with this device, click Enable Sync" so i click Enable Sync and nothing happens; it also says that my storage is completely unused and is saying Total Capacity 71.09GB when i have around 25GB free on the phone with my micro SD.
Any help would be appreciated
