CAN NOT pre order Off Contract Price

How can you get it off contract on Att.com? I tried but I cant find any option. It only allows me the option to buy for the 99 dollars with a new 2 year contract. I cant find any way to buy off contract.

Hit upgrade under the cart area. Then when it goes to your number select it and it will give you that price because you don't have an upgrade

Ah...that's the problem then. When I try to upgrade it tells me there's a problem with online ordering and I have to call.....I haven't tried calling yet.

I can confirm that through my employee discount I couldn't order it off contract.

If I get one off contract will it be unlocked?

no phone bought from a carrier is unlocked automatically, you might be able to get the unlock code through customer service since you bought the phone at full price.

I bought an unlock code for the Tmobs Lumia 710 to use for AT&T, there's ebayers already selling the codes for this model
