I'm looking for a really cheap windows tablet that can run .exe files, and the NuVision 8 inch tablets caught my interest. Can they run .exe files? If not, what is the cheapest windows tablet that can?

Yes, depending on what you want to run, it may not be the best experience. I got one last year and I've been happy with it for web browsing, email, podcasts, music, etc. I haven't used any Win32 apps but it has full Windows.
