Can some pc subfolders & file, outside OneDrive folder, be automatically synced without moving them?

Hi, my pc documents include 3 files A, B and C. Each file contains 3 files 1, 2 and 3, each of which contains 3 docs a, b and c. I want to share some files with my colleagues. I assume I have to use OneDrive. Is it possible without destroying the hierarchy and placement/position of my files (without moving or copying-pasting my files to another folder like OneDrive folder) and if so, how, to:
1) Share and sync only files 1 of A and 3 of C? If I have to copy and paste these files in another folder like OneDrive folder, can they (the copies / the pasted files) be synced with the original ones in order to have always automatically updated A, B and C files without doing anything but having access to the internet?
2) Get 1) done without syncing doc c of 3 of C? ( If I have to copy and paste these files in another folder like OneDrive folder, can they (the copies / the pasted files) be synced with the original ones in order to have always automatically updated A, B and C files without doing anything but having access to the internet? )

I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do. You have 3 files compressed in to an archive (Zip etc), and then 3 zip (or whatever) files within a folder structure?

No, no zip, no compressed files. I explain that I have a structure of files in my pc (with a certain hierarchy). I want them to be automatically updated (synced?), when I allow some colleagues to work on them too by connecting to the internet. If when connecting online there more than one updated versions due to the different work done offline by different colleagues, then perhaps an administrator can decide which version is the best. I apologize if I am not clear enough, I try my best. Do not hesitate to ask me about any other confusing point.

The details of structure and numbers are not important. The important idea is that yes, I have a certain structure of files, part of which I want synced in order to be automatically updated for the whole team whenever a member improves something.

Another option would be to use Google Docs.
