if i install gdr 1 to my cyan updated 1320, will bluetooth 4 redisabled? Because when i installed wp8.1 when im on black,it was disabled

No, you will still have it. WP 8.1 was a new OS that required updated firmware (Cyan) to properly use your phone's hardware. GDR1 is simply a bunch of fixes and some minor additions; it does not break Bluetooth 4.0/LE. In fact, it adds additional functionality via the 'accessory apps' settings. There probably won't even be an updated firmware for GDR1.
