Can We Restore Apps from SD in 8.1???????

I have Lumia 525 with 8.1 DP running. I hard reseted my phone. Before this, I moved all my Apps and games to SD card(Class 10 16 gb sandisk Microsd). hoping that I'd be able to restore all apps from it.. But I have no idea how to do it. All my apps are pending to be downloaded and its asking me to connect to wifi. And when I choose to install my apps on SD, it says that I have some apps on sd card and cant be installed unless they are removed. It asks whether I want to remove these. Please help me how to restore these apps..... Please

They can't be restored I think, I've tried in a lot of different ways and can't make it work

No they can not be restored and it would be good to delete the previous so they don't take place...
