Why wouldn't you be able to? You have 30-days to exchange. If you're asking about the $100 refund deal, yes you should be fine but it's always best to check directly with the store.

If you are exchanging your Lumia 900 for another Lumia 900 you don't need to bring in anything but the phone.

If you are returning it/exchanging it for another phone you need everything.
