Can we still trust Microsoft in being a supplier?

I invested a lot of time (Windows Insider) and money (Windows Phones, Surfaces and Services) in being a early Microsoft stuff adopter. And to be honest I don't feel a lot of rewarding for that. In fact I feel totally mistreated.

After seeing a lot of focus slipping away, I wonder if it is any longer a smart move to buy Surface hardware. Will they keep dedicated to that? The track record is not good to say it at least.

I would say it depends on the situation.
If you live in US and buy a lot to your Xbox, then probably yes.
Else not so much.
