Can Xbox One with Windows 10 run PC games?

Just a random question about Xbox One.

I don't think it will run traditional PC games, especially since they expect a keyboard and mouse, something the Xbone may not always have.

So probably no StarCraft II or Age of Mythology on Xbox anytime soon.
