Of Course you can.. Use MoliPlayer / MoliPlayer Pro App
Moliplayer is available only in China, so change your country to China and download it.

For Pro you should pay and is available worldwide.. But it has trial of 1 month.
After 1 month uninstall the app & install again & use for 1 month. Continue the cyclic process..

I know you can pin a video to the start screen from "MetroTube" if that is what your looking for. I don't think you can pin from the camera roll though.
