Can you put a nuc motherboard in a mini-atx case?

I'd like to have a 15 tdp chipset, but a fanless case capable of much higher tdp so it can run a fairly continuous boost. Reason? I'll be offgrid do generally want to save power but occasionally write music or casual game.

God I'm starting to suspect the case I want doesn't exist.
