Cannot add Live account to phone - Build 10549

Hi
Hoping someone can help me with this strange problem.

I added my MS account to the phone when setting up from a factory reset. And when I click into Settings - "your account" it has my name and my live email address set up.

Now when i try and add my Outlook (live) account it says it's already added "account already exisits"

My Gmail account has added successfully with no issues.

And because of this issue, I can't add my contacts as well

Anyone else have this issue?

Resolved -
Had to reset phone again and set up my MS account. This time my emails/contacts came through.
