Cannot adjust volume for Jawbone

My Jawbone headset pairs with the phone, but the volume is stuck at the lowest setting. This make the headset completely useless. Anyone know of a fix for this?
 
If you're on the Jawbone Icon, hold down the multifunction button while on a call to adjust the volume on the headset.
