Cannot copy text from Outlook Mail on Windows Phone

Hi, I cannot copy text from e-mail message in Outlook Mail and paste it somewhere else that Outlook itself. I think the problem core is in automatic closing app Outlook Mail when lost focus by pressing win key or switching app via arrow key. I have Windows Phone 10. Some cure in settings?

Nope, after reading this post, I tried to copy a text from Outlook and paste it in OneNote - Nothing happens. :/

it generally seems like an issue with the new update - you'll have to wait for a new update to fix it

If outlook mail app can run in the background, does it help?
