Cannot disable password request after sleep or hibernate

Have tried all the tricks I could find, but after awhile it keeps coming back. My SB is only a week old but I have no pending updates to download

Come on you guys, am I the only one with this problem? I read that having signed in with my MS account, there is no workaround, so what then?
