Cannot Downgrade Lumia 1520 on AT&T US!!!

Had to reflash it to the Mexico ROM, the one I choose LTE did not work. But all back to where I was. Now just have to wait for MS to set CYAN free.

The wait was short. Cyan/8.1 is now available for the 938. Have at it.

also spoke to AT&T about the issue and they offered to swap the phone out for me with sincere apologies. After reading about the Unicorn I have I declined saying it's fine LOL.

Get something from them if you can for sure. I'd be raising hell just to snag a wireless charger or treasure tag.
