Cannot edit email sync

My 950XL is on 15254.1. Store and outlook just updated. When i go to manage accounts in email, nothing happens when i select my main email account( so i cannot check sync settings).
 
Same issue here on two devices but the third is ok! Noticed the issue is linked to focused inbox as when i hard reset a device no issue until focused inbox turned itself on.
 
Had this happen today when I tried to sync a second outlook account for the calendar. Can't edit any of the settings. Even uninstalled it, and it still gives me error messages for the account that is no longer on the phone. Might have to do a hard reset.
