Cannot hear phone ringing when headphones plugged in

Cannot hear phone ringing when headphones plugged in. Usually I'm listening to a audio show.

There might be a radio button under Bluetooth and other Devices to select an alternate audio device. Try that. I can't think of anything else at the moment.
