Cannot install apps & update the phone

I'm using nokia lumia 630 duel and i install the version relese on lost month i try to update letest version relese on few days before but i cannot update and after i try to update . After i try to update app installs have the problem i cannot install Only few apps more apps cannot be download plz

Also it show like below pic and i try more time but no use windows insider also connot download so i cannot update the new version i try tap and its not working any one give suggestion ......

Hard reset is probably your only solution

I try hard rest more than 4 time its not slove....

try to change region to US or UK
