Cannot install Office preview apps or One Note. Error 0x80070006

First time install of windows 10 from 8.1. Cannot install above apps. Tried soft resets. Says try again something went wrong. Always. I don't want to hard reset. Any solution please?

Problem solved. I changed the location to install new apps to phone from sd card. After the installation I will put it back to sd card.
