Cannot leave Insider

I am trying to leave Insider but getting a message saying It looks like you are not registered ....
I do have an email from MS that I am in fact registered. If I go to Insider/about is says preview builds: Production-THRESHOLD.

What do I do?

I tried to uninstall mine and it first gave me an error then I tried again right away and it uninstalled no problem... keep trying if the app IS on your phone
