I have done the reset procedure, and when I try to log into my Microsoft account, it says not available at the moment, and to check network connection if the problem persists; however I am connected to the internet and I can log into my account through explorer on the same device. Right now I'm using a local account, and whenever I try to sign in, the same window pops up. I have checked that the location, time and date are correct. I have tried resetting it again, still does not work. Please help.
